Prices are interestingly lower compare to other websites. I found website easy to use and convenient. Free shipping for orders more then $79 is awesome. Planetappliance goods quality is amazing. I would like to use them again.

After getting extremely helpful responses from the support, I have come to think of planetappliance as my "Super Store" where I can get best price with superlative customer service. I can read one bed negative comments, but believe me I always have good experience with them. Even I compare planetappliance with big players like cooking.com, chefcatalog.com and amazom.com. I found them much better in terms of pricing, support and delivery. I've received constantly courteous responses to every question, comprehensive answers with patronization, and willingness to go above and beyond the call of duty to make sure my kitchen needs are met. So far, this has been true of customer support. With such consistent responses, I imagine that whole team I haven't interaction are also helpful. There are always room for exception, due to sandy hurricane my order was delayed for 10 days, but it doesn’t mean that they lack service. It was a natural disaster, which cannot be avoided. But, my overall experience with them is just fantastic. Ultimately, I cannot think of trying another store with so many features of including best price, great support and fast delivery. 100 % trustable seller. Amicable people, 10/10 rating all time.

I would certainly suggest planetappliance and would not hesitate in using them again - they are now one of my "favorite" so I can access them easily!
