McDonald's

I am not about to say this location is perfect because they of course have flaws. However, IF they mess up and you call in/return to address it, they are quick to compensate you along with an apology. They forgot two sandwiches in my order (a $35 order to be fair) and I didn't know until I got home in Glyndon. I called and they told me that the next time I came in I could have a meal for free on them. I would say that it was the same price as the sandwiches except it wasn't. I use the buy one get one for free survey coupons for all of my orders. Therefore, I only actually paid for one of them. I went back and there were two meals for free waiting for me! One for each sandwich. That is what made them above the rest in my opinion. They go above and beyond to correct a mistake made so that you will return ^.^

The food and the service are excellent!!! The whole team is hard working and customer oriented.
