This is a wonderful practice, competent people and they are cordial.

I visited South Jersey Eye only once; the front desk personnel were very uncaring andmade me wait for 15 minutes before acknowledging me; then they told me I was 15 minutes late for my appointment! I went there for a large mass on the inner portion of my eyelid, which protrudes to the outside of the eyelid. It is very uncomfortable and blurs my vision. I can no longer wear my contact lenses. The doctor I saw there couldn't even help me; she told me I had to go and see a specialist. When I went back out to pay my co-pay and get the names of the doctors I was to be referred to, the front desk personnel at first told me they could only give me the doctors' full names, not their addresses or phone numbers. I prodded them enough to look up the addresses and phone numbers in their computer database. They didn't even have the professionalism enough to have preprinted lists of doctors to hand out to patients; they had to manually write them down on paper; they didn't even have paper at the front desk; they wrote down the names on the back of my prescription note. You would also think the doctors there would be caring enough to follow through to see how you make out, since they incapable of helping you. I am still waiting to see a specialist. DO NOT GO THERE! IT IS TOO HIGH PRICED, AND THEY ARE VERY UNCARING!
