Its All About me Dog and Cat Grooming

Laura did a great job grooming my Kitty today. And was very loving with him. All around positive experience.

I took both my dogs in to see Laura and I couldn't be happier with the results. She helped me with my toy poodle who has a skin condition and she showed me how I can treat her at home and it worked!! Both of my dogs came out happy and are looking forward to seeing her again. I can tell she loves what she is doing and my dogs just lover her. Her prices where very low and I have to say that I even asked her if she was correct when she charged me. She is very reasonable and I would recommend this place to anyone looking to get their dogs groomed. Thank you again!

I brought my dog in to see Laura and I was a bit embarrased at how bad of shape he was when I brought him in to her. When I came back he looked like a new pup. She really treated him great and I can tell she really loves animals. Very reasonable rates too.

I have been bringing my dogs (we have three) to this place since shortly after they opened . I also have reffered my 2 adult daughters, my son and several other family members , friends and neighbors who now all bring their pets there to get there dogs groomed as well. In total I am in contact with the owners of about 17 different dogs that regularly visit this business. when I pulled up this site to get the phone # to call & make an apptointment I noticed the review written by the person with the pugs, I am not a dog expert but I know enough to know that if her pets got a flea infestation problem after being there a couple hours this place would have to be infested itself and every pet in there would be walking out with the same problem. In that case how come myself or anyone else I know that goes there has ever had a problem? In our family , one of us (between the 4 familys, which equals 8 dogs) is always in there getting one of the dogs done, we had our dogs in there the same month this person wrote that review and have never had any problems. We have only had evcellent services and dealt with very knowledgable people who seem to really know there stuff and really care about our pets. when I call today to make my next appointment I will inform the owner of this negative posting so if she is unaware of it she can defend her business and the great reputation everyone i know feels she has.

In response to the below review by an unhappy client, I would like to state that as a groomer myself, fleas sometimes happen in a grooming shop. When people have a dog or cat that has fleas on it...where do they take it? To the groomer. And though as a groomer you do your best to isolate and quickly remove fleas with a medicated bath, the inevitable can sometimes happen and a few will end up in the shop. It's unfortunate that this client had to experience a flea infestation particularly in her circumstance with a new baby, but I have to say that at least this groomer was nice enough and professional enough to alert them and I would assume other customers to her finding. I will also say that I'm sure that a reputable salon such as Embark would then give her dogs a flea bath along with whatever oatmeal treatments this customer requested for itching. Also, if I'm not mistaken, this particular groomer is located in a popular pet supply store and not only does she have her own clients coming in and obviously one came in with fleas for treatment, but she also has to deal with the general public bringing their dogs shopping with them throughout every day and it's very possible that her work area became infested with fleas just from that alone. I wouldn't knock any groomer for having fleas, it's just an unfortunate incident that this client had to bring them home with her, but whatever groomer she worked with hopefully explained to her how to get rid of them. Fortunately for her she had two small smooth coated dogs and a cat that needed treatment..and not 3 Newfoundlands that were flea ridden. Best of luck to everyone involved.
