        Overall

        I had my car towed on 1/27/15, through no actions of my own. Someone else was driving my car. The following morning, 1/28/15 I went to pick up my car which was not even off the tow truck 9:15am. I understand I have to pay towing fees but these charges were just out RAGEOUS!. I was grossly overcharged, can anyone tell me how towing companies set their rates and is this legal?
