I'd say well if you like to be treated like a pile of sh@# than this is the place for you. They are extremely rude, corrupt

assclowns. Had car brought here after a car hit us and our car was un-driveable. When we go in to get some of or

belongings out of the car John said "to bad we don't have to legally let you get anything out of your car." Then he kept insisting what it was we wanted inside our vehicle. When I would not tell him he got irate and told us to bad they were closing and we'd have to wait 4 days until they opened over the holiday weekend. When we finally got our car taken to another auto body shop we were charged for Thursday night as one day which they charge 50.00 a "day"(which is not 24hrs.) so thurs night fri sat sun mon and we came Tuesday morning right at open and charged for Tuesday as well. Not to mention the towing fee. Thank god the other car was insured. If I had the money I'd pay people not to go here and be treated like this especially after an accident were your already shaken up. Thanks jerks. Oh and the 5 star ratings you see yep that's them.

john is a straight forward person he will tell you what you need and then what should be done he is some one that is knowledgeable about cars rather it be mechanical or cosmetic and his pricing is fair and reasonable and the office is always friendly when ever any one walks in you are always welcome never have i felt ignored and all my concerns were always addressed i recommend this shop to any one

John made a believer out of me, as I am skeptical about repair and body shops. He took the time to explain what he was going to do, and why he was doing it. He gave me options when there were choices I had to make, and worked wonderfully with my insurance company. And the work is fantastic! Thank you, John.

Randall's Body Shop is 100% trustworthy! I've had the unfortunate experience of being the victim of a few accidents and this shop has always given me the best estimate and I've always been completely satisfied with the work and my car has been returned to me either on time or before!!



One time I wanted a side job done and they told me they wouldn't do it because it wouldn't be safe for me. They put their customer's needs ahead of their own needs!! That's why I trust them completely!!!



I also want to mention their employees. From their manager to office manager to the guy who details the cars everyone at Randall's Body Shop does their work with pride and a friendly smile!!!



I would highly recommend Randall's Body Shop & 24 Hr Towing! (yes - they've towed me a couple times too over the years - non-related to car accidents!)
