This guy helped me save my home.... I seriously thought I had nowhere to go and noone to turn to... Walter is very personal when he represents you. it's like he is loosing his own home!

I agree with the other posts! I have 100% had the pleasure of having Walter Keane on my side in a most unusual real estate problem which was basically another individual asserting ownership over my property. I had gone to 2 other lawyers who told me that it would cost me thousands of dollars to resolve. And then I called Walter. I knew right away that he was a stand up guy, willing to go the extra mile to right a wrong.

Walter filed litigation on my behalf, the aforementioned individual was determined by the courts to have acted in a fraudulent manner, and although this did take some time to file and get relief through the courts, Walter was diligent with the process and we achieved the success we were looking for!

He know Real Estate superbly and can help you with commercial or residential issues. I hired Walter to do what I thought was impossible: allow me to sell my home free and clear of the mortgage (however, I would still owe the money to whomever or whatever owned on my promissory note). I was told that two documents are executed at the time the purchase and mortgage occur: (1) the note and (2) the trust deed.



Walter came through and actually voided my trust deed. I was able to sell my home free and clear of the mortgage and collect all the proceeds! Walter explained that I still owe money to the promissory note holder; but at this time no one could tell us who I actually owe money to.



I give Walter a five star rating for extraordinary results. I highly recommend anyone with the foreclosure problem to contact. He saved me and I walked with BIG CASH. I have hired Walter a number of times to aggressively seek solutions to commercial real estate problems and initiate litigation when necessary. He is affordable and focused. I strongly recommend Walter to anyone facing a real estate related problem.

I retained Walter for real estate litigation matter and was impressed enough to have him handle a number of other real estate issues for me. Specifically, Walter negotiated a number of commercial leases and build out agreements for projects I was involved in. I have seen Walter in "negotiation mode" and "litigation mode".
