        Overall

        I been on the phone line waiting for more than 19 minutes just to get an appointment for the Orthopedic Department. When finally they answer the phone, the next appointment available is for January 2014, three months from now..... and this is the Miami Children Orthopedic Department that there is suppost to do the best for the children, now my child has to continue walking with pain for three more months because MCH do not offer any other option to see children sooner unless you take your child to the emergency and the Hospital charge the insurance company and then a Doctor can see your child right away....

        I better call another Doctor that is not with the Miami Children Hospital and have my son to be take care as soon as possible.
