Alonso Transmission

This place is the real deal. The transmission in my 1993 Toyota pickup needed to be rebuilt. Service manager at Toyota dealership didn't even know who did this in Miami. Toyota stopped making this transmission years ago. My Body Shop told me that Alonso Transmission was the ONLY place in Miami to do a rebuild. Boy were they right. Ray & his staff treated me like royalty, did a great job at a fair price & my truck hasn't run this well in 15 years. They even found and fixed some issues and replaced some parts that the Master Mechanic at the Toyota dealership didn't catch. Ray and Ralph are true professionals. I had my Chevy Cruz clutch replaced, also my radiator was repaired from a leak. The pricing was fair for the work that they did. I am very happy and will definetly return.

Ray and Ralph are true professionals. I had my 20 year old Mazda b2300 clutch replaced also my a/c was repaired and a small radiator leak was fixed. The pricing was very fair for the work that they did. After a week my a/c broke again and I took it back. It was repaired again no charge no questions asked. I am a new customer to Alonso Transmission. In my opinion they are a first class mechanic shop that repaired the problem with my PT Cruiser convertible manual transmission. The entire shift cable and clutch system had to be replaced. This was a big job. Ask for Ray, who was most helpful in making the repair possible and being most fair with the pricing. My company relies on having our vehicles on the road and making sure that my customers are never stranded or left behind. And a huge Thank You to Alonso and Ralph wouldn't even come close to how thankful I am to have met them and used their services. A day from e very important assignment, my transmission said ( I quit ) this was at approximately 3:00pm I had this even to attend to the very next day at noon. Well, I was promised I'd have my Expedition on the road by 8:00am, and by 7:55am I was picking my car up and on my way to work.
