        Overall

        I called asking about wedding sparklers and spoke to Andrea. I was told delivery was free, and was told a potential delivery date, but that a delivery time of day couldn't be given to me. However, delivery could only be done in cash so I'd have to be present. I explained I need to know approximately when delivery would be so that I could be home. She said she'd call me back with those details. I never heard from her. I added a star for benefit of the doubt in case there was a problem with her understanding my phone number, but I don't think only accepting cash and not being able to give an approximately delivery time is great business.
