        Bottomless Soup & Salad

        Talk about great. They have the best fresh soups and salads to boot. You can get "all you can eat" soup, salad and their famous croussants for chump change. My recommendation would definately be the potato soup...or the chicken and wild rice soup....or...just try them all. All for the same price. I love this place!

The restaurant s specialties include Hops Walker's Wood shrimp appetizer, Jamaican top sirloin and Hops homemade key lime pie. In addition to a variety of beer, the restaurant specializes in brewing its own seasonal and homemade root beer. Hops Restaurant, Bar & Brewery is open Sunday through Thursday until 11 p.m, and until midnight on Saturday and Sunday. It additionally offers a special menu for children under the age of 12 and a take-out service during normal operating hours. The restaurant maintains a location in Matthews, N.C.
