OMG, WOW, YAY! I wish I could think of more 3 letter phrases that express how HAPPY I AM with Computer Help. I came in with some OS issues and asked them to retrieve my data. They gave me a quote. Then when they found out there was an issue with my hard drive, they called and asked if I wanted to replace it. I said yes (seeing that it wasn't going to be a lot of money). They had my computer back to me in a total of 3 days, with the hard drive (now 2 terabytes) replaced. Unbelievable. I'll never be able to fill it all up! Great service, quality products. Go to these guys.

BOTH Broken Hinges Replaced – I read reviews about this place repairing laptop hinges, so took in my Lenovo Core i5 with both hinges broken. The old hinges were toast, so they REPLACED them with new ones. To keep the price low and to allow for a faster repair I authorized them to use a different color hinge. The old hinges were platinum colored, and the new in stock hinges are black. Sure enough, the new black ones work just fine! They did the repair in under an hour, while I waited. This place did a SUPERB JOB and was HALF THE PRICE OF THE CHAIN STORES. I highly recommend you use this company!

FAST DATA RECOVERY; IMPECCABLE SERVICE: The company laptop was damaged while waiting to board a plane in Chicago. Needed the data for a presentation in Charlotte & found Davis on my iPad. Davis met me at the airport to get my old laptop, & even dropped me at my hotel. The next morning he met me in the lobby of my hotel for breakfast with a new laptop and all my files safely installed on it. Davis helped me get a new KINDLE! My in warranty KINDLE died, so took it back to the store. They only agreed to repair, not replace. 2-weeks later, store said my Kindle was damaged; not malfunctioning. ANGRY, I said I had done nothing to it. After many emails & phone calls I got nowhere with store or manufacturer. Then I took my KINDLE to Computer Help, where the owner diagnosed the problem & WROTE A STATEMENT for the store & manufacturer. Based on the Computer Help info, they gave me a new KINDLE. Because I am a loyal (5-years) client, Davis did not charge me for his service. Computer Help can do ANYTHING technology related, & the owner Davis McCarn is the MOST ETHICAL BUSINESS PERSON I have ever met.

My notebook was acting up, so trying to make sure my power plug was in ok, I pushed the plug all the way in. With it still on, I could hear it rattling around inside. Guess I shorted something out, because my notebook died. I called around & this place at least gave me hope. Dropped it off & the next morning they called with the estimate. The next day & $140.00 later my notebook was back to me working BETTER than ever. They replaced the plug & even killed a couple of viruses they found. I highly recommend this place to everyone. They do very good work.

My kid COLORED on my iPad with dry erase MARKERS; but they did not erase. I was afraid to try & clean it with stuff that would melt the surface, & also was worried about scratching the screen and pressing too hard. They took the thing apart & cleaned my screen. Everyone else in town wanted to change out the screen at over $100.00, but this place said they would try to clean it first. They only charged me for 1hour of labor. For less than $75.00, the thing looks like new; the only mark still left on it is a scratch on the case which I did. Keep your kids away from your iPad (& markers). This company is worth knowing about.

Fixed Broken Hinges! A hinge broke out of my laptop, & a plastic piece of the case broke loose too. I searched around & found out this place could sometimes fix broken hinges. Told to bring in my broken laptop, the man said he thought it could be fixed. Three hours later I got a call saying I could pick up my laptop after 8:00 the next morning. It turns out both hinges were broken, but they had been anchored back in. I just needed to wait for the glue on the plastic case to dry over night. The next morning I picked up my laptop on the way to class. I couldn’t even see where it had been broken. It looked brand new to me. This place even cleaned my screen & the stuff out from my keyboard. USE THIS PLACE, their price is good & they seem very honest.

My new iPad 2 was destroyed by a leaky roof, so I needed data recovery. I called this place because they give Police/Fire/Teacher DISCOUNTS, & they had positive reviews. (Good reviews for good reason!) My Apple iPad was toast, but they salvaged all my info. The owner was knowledgeable, retrieved my data, & transferred it to a replacement iPad so I would only be down a couple of days. He gave me shopping info & helped me find an iPad 3 -- I upgraded. This place saved my data & bailed me out of a jam. I definitely will not hesitate to use these guys again when I need computer repair.
