Window Cleaning
We charge a per window price that will depend on the type of windows you have. Individual paned window are more per window than open glass windows. To make the pricing process faster please count your window, glass doors, transoms and sidelights before calling to discuss the window cleaning.
Stain Removal
Our safe non pressure roof stain removal/cleaning service will be based on the size of the roof. Pitch, condition and type of shingles you have.
Gutter Cleaning
Our low pressure house washing service includes cleaning your home from the ground to the gutters. This will include all siding, fascia, soffit, shutters, window frames, painted surfaces and the outside of the gutters. This low pressure detergent cleaning provides a great general cleanup. This type of cleaning is designed for removing mold, mildew, algae, spiders/webs, surface dirt and also sanitizes the surfaces. Our standard house wash service does not include items such as interior gutter cleaning, roof cleaning, decks, driveways or fencing. We do offer these services at a separate cost. This low pressure method of cleaning may not remove some stains such as red clay, rust, vertical black lines on the face of gutters and oxidation (chalky paint that is failing from the exterior elements).

Residential Pressure Washing
Our professionally trained technicians know exactly what type of detergents, pressure, and technique to use on your various surfaces. We will use surface cleaners on all flat surfaces such as driveways, walkways, patios and curbing. Surface cleaners allow us to evenly clean without causing stripes or damage to the concrete. We use a pressure washing wand with a variety of different nozzles and pressure to clean vertical surfaces including block walls, stack stone and hardscapes. After cleaning and rinsing the area being cleaned, we apply a post treatment to remove any spores from mold, mildew, algae and bacteria that may be deep in the pores of the surface. This will also brighten the surface and help keep It clean longer.
