Very disappointed with their service work.

Don't know what is wrong with Al. They have posted everywhere warranties are 90 days on used, up to 3 years on new!



Anyway they have an excellent selection, arrangement and super-helpful staff. GREAT customer service! The technicians followed up with me every step of the way, calling me to keep me posted on what was happening.

Love the store! I find everyone peasant and helpful. Like that I can ask a quick ? from time to time. Such knowledge in your store! They will hire anyone at those large super stores!

Very impressed. Tom was extremely knowledgeable. Your store was clean and well organized. Tom took the time to ask questions before he tried to show us a machine. We were impressed with his needs analysis. Congratulations on a great sales experience from start to finish!

I wanted to be sure you were aware of the outstanding customer service that I received from Mr. John Clark, Service Manager, on August 28, 2013. Mr. Clark not only quickly diagnosed my laptop problem but resolved it in a matter of a few minutes.

I thought you would find it interesting to know that I did have other technicians outside of Kaplan unsuccessfully diagnose the problem.
