Customer since 2009. Called to cancel because we don't want to go into their new mandatory one year contract with automatic renewal. Chris was rude and said "ya'll have been nothing but a pain in the..." because I asked to produce a copy of the contract I supposedly signed. She said "I'll do this one last thing, and then I'm done with ya'll". Then she hung up on me. Each time we have asked for an invoice for work completed, or an activity log, nothing was provided...ever! We sent a request for termination via certified mail. It has been sitting at the post office waiting to be picked up for 6 days! Glad we were such loyal customers at $39 a month for the last 5+ years. Read that new contract carefully and in depth if you are considering using this company.
Poor Customer service. The office manager is extremely rude. If you leave messages for her to call you back she never does. I cancelled my service months ago and continue to receive bills. I have called twice to have the issue resolved. I left a message first thing this morning but received no response so I called back and she told me she would call me back on Monday because she is getting ready to leave for the day. Extremely poor customer service.
My parents purchased the home security system from Bibb Security--hated poor customer service. A rude lady on the phone was very impatient and tried to dismiss my mother while she was asking questions. A couple months ago, we switched to ACE, and we are very satisfied with their service.
