I have had two friends use Ms.Parman for DUI defense. She was professional, diligent, and competent at every turn. She got one of the friends charges reduced when he felt he would have no chance of that happening. If I were to get a DUI she would be the first call I would make.

I went to Parman after a DUI charge where I felt I was innocent. I met with her for the first time about the whole ordeal and that I wasn't the nicest arrestee during the whole encounter. She then preceded to tell me we had a case and charged 1500$ up front and 3500$. I don't have that kind of money laying around so I took out a loan and paid. I recently entered a guilty plea because she said since the cop didn't appreciate my attitude, what I forewarned her about, he would fully pursue my conviction. She also stated that with the cop being white that I basically had no choice but to plead guilty. My issue with her isn't the plea nor the "white cop", but the fact that she assured me that we had a strong case and I would get a reduction. There were other flaws in her work but this is the most upsetting.
