Never go to this place. THIS STORE IS THE BIGGEST RIP OFF. They have no idea on what they'er doing from the front counter to the personal in the back. 1/19/2016. If I could give them no stars I would.

NEVER EVER GO TO THIS BUSINESS! I took my iPhone there 7/21/12 to get the screen fixed. I paid my $70 and the guy told me with will take 3-5 days for the parts to come in and to come back that next Wednesday. I went back up there the following Wednesday as I was told. To my surprise he had left and went on vacation and left some lady in there that clearly didn't have a clue of that she was doing. I asked her for the parts and she didn't know where they was so she called the owner and asked him. He gave her a number to give me to call a guy named Marcos to fix my phone and assumed he had the parts. I called Marcos and he told me he was off that day and to call him around 9am. 9am came and I called and called and called and I had no success till about 2pm then he finally came up there to fix the phone with NO PARTS!! Everyone in the store asking ME where's the part. Like I worked there!! So he told me he would order my parts that day and they would be in the next day. The next day came and I called and called and called and every since that day Marcos never answered the phone for me. So the guy came back from vacation that Tuesday, I took my phone there and told him how upset I was about how his employees handled the business while he was gone. He told me to leave my phone there and he would have it fixed the next day and that it only took 15 minutes to fix it. I agreed, I left it. Came back the next day, they still haven't fixed my phone told me to come back Friday. I went back... Still no phone. i came back about everyday because I felt they wasn't doing what they was suppose to. I got so pissed off I told them to give me my phone back and I'll take my business else where. He responded "Okay ma'am, I'll get him to bring your phone back. But we were working on it, I can show you the emails." Emails ain't gonna help me with my phone problems. It took them another week and a half just to bring my broken phone back on 8/28/12. So frustrating!
