Stop and Call Policy: We don't like surprises and neither do you. When you bring in your equipment we talk about the needed repairs and agree on a "Stop and Call" price. If during the repairs, it looks like the Stop and Call price will be exceeded, we will call you and ask how you would like to proceed. If it costs more to fix your machine than it is worth, we will let you know. For fastest service please provide: Equipment and Engine Make and Model Number Explanation of the problem or the symptoms First Come First Served. Due to limited shop space, between March and July, please call ahead for an appointment for Riding Lawn Mowers and Garden Tractors.
