Thanks to West Valley we now are the proud owners of a new van. I figured if I had to get a mini van, it had to be one with all of the available options. They found us one that was just right for us.

Quick service with very nice guys who answered all of my phone calls and questions quickly before I even went in to buy the car. I couldn't ask for nicer people to make a purchase from.

Very patient! I had to bring my 2 year old with us when we stopped in to look at cars last weekend. After about 30 minutes, he was over being there. I still had a lot of questions and since we were there, I really wanted to ask them. They brought over a box of toys and let him dump the toys out and didnt seem too bothered by his loud motorcycle noises. I appreciate their patience and kindness. Even though we didnt buy a car from them yet, we will be back.

Out of all the dealerships I went to they definitely were the best. It took some time to get the deal done but I'm glad they were able to get it done. They did a great job staying at the monthly payments I wanted. I did ask to go down in price on the value and they wouldn't budge...I wasn't too happy with that. They were semi-organized with everything. Overall I was satisfied. If I had excellent credit I would have gone somewhere else though because I do feel I overpaid for my car. I did like that they weren't pushy and let me go at my pace.

I had my identity stolen last year and they went crazy with online payday loans which obviously never got paid back, so at 19 my credit was ruined. I saw a promotion for a company that would approve me for a car loan no matter what kind of credit I had. I applied online and the next thing I knew I was being bombarded with phone calls, e-mails, and text messages. Ever single voice mail they left me said exactly the same thing "Hey Jen, great news! Give me a call." These people did this about 5-6 times a day and believe me, I am NOT exaggerating. So being the type of person that hates doing business over the phone, my boyfriend and I decided to drive down there to see what they could offer. First off, the store is completely ghetto looking, as were the cars. When we walked inside every single salesman just stared at us, until finally one of them asked what he could help us with. Unfortunately, he was a complete d*ck. When I explained my situation the first question he asked was if I had a job, and I explained to him that I would be starting the following Wednesday, and that I had put that on my application. The next words that came out of his mouth were as follows "Then unfortunately there is nothing we can do for you" can you believe that?! After days of being harassed with all these messages that they could help me and had great news and were able to work with me, I was turned down. When I questioned him on this, he said "hey don't get mad at me, those people only make money if you show up to the appointment" he then spent the next five minutes trying to convince us that my boyfriend should co-sign for me. We finally had enough and just walked out. So if you want my advice? STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM THEM AS HUMANLY POSSIBLE! I'm only giving them one start because I have to

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. They have the worst customer service and they jerk you around! They don't know how to do their jobs and they made me wait over an hour just to write 2 sentences and sign a paper. Litteraly! They are rude and do not care if you are in a hurry. They will let you take a car off the lot and make you think that it's all final and then will take the car back because it wasn't financed. They sell cars that have major issues and the cars break down once you take it home. This company is horrible will horrible management and receptionists and seles people.NEVER GO THERE!!!!
