        No cheese. Simple, right? Not so simple at Carls Jr. BOTH sandwiches came with cheese. And not just any cheese, a cold piece of disgustingly rubbery, fake cheese. So I walk into the store after going through the drive through. Dude takes the sandwiches, talks to the cooks in the back and as I stand there, watching them, they proceed to simply scrape the cheese of and reassemble the sandwich. Seriously? I understand good help is hard to find but really... I just asked for a refund. I won't be going back. Ever.

        Must have been a bad day to eat here some of our order was missing some was wrong got no receipt and it took three times to get the burger with no sauce we ordered. We eventually got our food but it was not the high quality we expected. Fries were not fresh and sandwichs were cold.
