Awful business and installation! Had cellulose installed in our new house and the workers constantly battled with their truck (each time they came, used 2 different ones for the job). It settled and then feel out of the walls before it was even dried. Tried saying because we didn't have drywall installed fast enough. No manufacturer paper stating a certain time period of having drywall up. What makes the difference anyways? Drywall or no drywall, it's sinking, allowing energy loss. After paying half for total cost and having 2 stages. Only completed stage one and wanting their money without doing a thermal scan. Refuse to do termal scan, so my husband's Rufuses to pay the remaining balance for stage one until done. Many upon many attempts to contact the owner to discuss all of this and he won't return our calls, won't get on the phone and always making the secretary tell us he won't give her an answer on what he doing. Funny, because now we got a paper staying he is putting a lien on our property. Why pay when the work isn't done correctly? Why want a business when the owner can't even man up and take to you? But can send a threatening letter? AWFUL BUSINESS AND WE WILL FIGHT IN COURT! Save yourselves! Find a loyal and trusting company unlike this one!
