Horrible owner. Teachers and staff change often. They unforce certain rules on some parents they don't on others. New Director (Coleman) is rude, ratchet and very unprofessional. I've heard him talking about parents and other staff members openly while parents are around. One more than 1 occasion Ive picked up my child and the police where there with a parent regarding a teacher's dealing with her child. Tasha owner refuses to contact and avoids every chance she can to speak with parents. There is ALWAYS someone in the directors office having issues with this school. THEY HAVE GONE DOWN HILL over the years since the new director and new teachers. They used to do field trips and great activities with the children and within the past year (Since summer 2017)NOTHING but they want to charge you late fees when agreements signed states different, charging extra outside of regular weekly fees for daycare because of a holiday THEY ARE OPEN FOR ALREADY (Which they didn't used to do). Since the new staff everything is jus uncomfortable and different. Glad I took my child out. BEWARE

Awful management!!!!!! They treat both children and staff like crap.

Head of the class is the most unorganized and unprofessional child care facility I have ever been too. The staff is rude and have no problem showing attitudes towards parents. My daughters first two days at school her enrollment papers were still in her book bag. How do you know if she has any allergies? or if she is taking any medications? Who is her emergency contact? I saw no cameras in or through out the facility and I requested her to be with the 3 year olds since she was turning 3 in 2 weeks. They had her with the one year old babies!!! My child is reading why would you put her with babies and deny her the opportunity to be with the threes like in her previous school. When I told them she was being disenrolled the "director" was like oookkkkaaaayyy with an attitude! Didn't even ask what was going on but had the nerve to say I needed to give them a two weeks notice. My child will not be attending there another two weeks! Are you crazy!? She said I had to pay for those weeks anyway. No ma'am. I will NOT! One "teacher" told a kid that he can tell his mother he has TWO mothers and she is his mother in there. U,mmm I dont pay yall to be my child's "other mother" I pay you to TEACH HER!! which they were barely doing!!! And how could your staff speak to children that way IN FRONT of another parent. Also I saw a teacher grab a child by her arm when she was putting her in timeout. Completely unacceptable and I will NOT subject my 2 year old to this type of environment. She was there for 3 weeks and I will be taking her back to her old school.
