Signal Nails

Really a mixed review. I love Quan and Julie. But twice now, my experience with John has been horrendous! He is the one who sits by the door, and greets you. Twice now I have had an appointment with Quan, and when I got there they had never written me down and he was not there. John, was incredibly rude, sat down and ignored me As I stood there waiting for some kind of solution.literally! Absolutely unprofessional! There are too many other salons in this area to treat a valued and regular customer like that.

Very friendly staff and quality work. I went on a friday morning, and they were busy, but I heard many people complementing their technician and saying they would come back... saw a lot of repeat customers in there as well. Guess Monday mornings are slower, so a good time to walk-in.. Make an appt. otherwise. Nice, friendly and clean!
