I was referred to this dentists office (3 hrs away from home town) ONLY because it was the nearest available in my dental insurance network ... I will say, the job got done, but at almost double the estimated price expected with extra sugical procedures because I have a crown over the needed infected tooth to be worked on.



The 2 star deduction is because nurse ratchet (dental assistant) decided to scrape the HELL out of my lower jaw line continuously with the saliva sucker, even after being told the instrument was sharp, leaving a weeks worth of disturbed tissue after to heal.



Other issues: I was asked to reschedule with one day notice, because of pregnant nurse ratchet's schedule.... which I can only assume is the reason of the jowel scraping roughly... I was unable to redo my schedul in order to accommodate... and Eric, the caller of such things has a voice that is comforting like a smooth Barry White, and is polite beyond compair.



No matter, the office is glamourous, the Dr. is Harvard'esk educated, and his bedside manner is fare... However, if you are going to suck people in for double the dollars they expected to pay, you really shouldn't make your office SOOO Glamourous of your pre-teen kids' poster sized picture's on mini 4-wheelers as to WHY you charge that darned much for the visit ... Humbling yourself a little in front of those in pain would be a better view. Try like Hell to relate to those who are paying you, otherwise, well, it's hard to trust that you aren't scamming us to keep your lush lifestyle.



(I give NO deducation in stars because of lack of ability for the Endodontist to understand this.... only because nurse ratchet scraped the Hell out of my jaws with the suction thing) It still feels irritated and weird, which is probably why I decided to post a review... Kudos... Can't wait for my stitches to come out... and have my mouth back.

If you want serious procedures done without even consulting your general dentist. GO HERE! Dr. Mann is impulsive. After doing a route canal on a tooth that was pulled only a couple months later because he failed to discuss a plan of action is ridiculous. He sure had no problem billing my insurance and coming after me for the remainder $300+.

The worst experience I have ever had. I am not impressed with his rude front desk "secretary" either. I should have left the minute he opened his mouth.

LEARN FROM MY EXPERIENCE! I would hate for anyone to go thru what I did.
