At my consultation with Dr. Bitner he took the time to discuss my previous surgery, concerns and expectations. He was very detailed in his assessment and really listened. For the past few years, I have been researching physicians that specialize in plastic surgery, specifically for a face lift and rhinoplasty. Dr. John Bitner came highly recommended and he did not disappoint. He and his team provide exceptional patient care. Dr. Bitner used his artistic expertise to give me very natural looking results. I have had several compliments from friends and strangers. We also loved his CRNA and nurses! They are very friendly, personable, knowledgeable, and genuine.

I saw Dr. Bitner for a rhinoplasty this last November and just six weeks later i feel an look incredible! The work he does is marvelous, the environment and culture here at Bitner and Yates office is wonderful. The nurses do a wonderful job and are very kind. I had a significant amount of submental fat or a rather large double chin. I hated it and shied away from all photos, as well as, all social interactions. I felt like the only thing people were looking at was my giant double chin. I saw Dr. John Bitner and he reassured me that submental liposuction would be appropriate. I was nervous for the outcome, but I was miserable so decided to just go for it. I had seen on his website the outcomes of other patients and felt confident in his ability and after meeting him I knew he was the doctor for me. He spent time explaining the procedure to me and what I could expect as an outcome. Surgery went smooth, the pain was tolerable. Post op care was exceptional. Due to the large amount of fat that I had in my chin, when I came in for my post op I still had a small amount left and he did not hesitate to take me back into the Operating Room and fix it. Making my chin absolutely perfect! I no longer shy away from anything!

Dr. Bitner and his entire staff are some of the most professional and friendly people I have ever interacted with. Customer service is a big deal to me and I don't give reviews like this unless I am truly wowed. The results I've seen already (it's been 1 week since the procedure) are completely on par with the service. I am SO EXCITED about the improvement that I've seen in my appearance! Dr. Bitner is extremely skilled and talented and I wholeheartedly recommend him!

Dr. Bitner was amazing! On my initial consultation he was able to tell me exactly what I wanted before I even told him myself, which made me feel really confident that he would give me the best results. He did an incredible job with not only the appearance of my nose, but also the function. I was having lots of issues with breathing and I can confidently say that I no longer struggle with those problems anymore. Dr. Bitner was responsive to texts when I had questions and made me feel super comfortable throughout the whole process. Overall, I am extremely happy with my experience!

Dr. Bitner was very awesome at spending time with me and letting me know what to expect and very willing to talk to me when I was still feeling insecure about my surgery so that I felt comfortable and understood what the procedure would be.
