Friendly and helpful. They did an excellent job fixing my office computers. The repair man was honest and very knowledgeable. He, without extra charge, networked my printer and educated us with what and what nots. I will use their service again.

Very good service! On time and very professional. The technician provided me with his diagnosis and repair options and put extra effort in finding an easy way to explain since all is greek to me. He fixed my computers, dekstop and laptop, in a very short time. I'm very pleased with the service and the cost is fair. One that I would say, one-of-a-kind in a very good way.

AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS!!! If I could give them no stars I would. This place absolutely sucks!

The guy took my laptop and said he would fix it and have it back to me within a few days.

2 weeks later, he emailed and said he would drop it off and not charge me because he couldn't fix it then offered me a couple of used computers with NO WARRANTY for an outrageous price. 2 days after his last email saying he would drop it off, the jackass showed up. He handed me my laptop and told me not to plug it in or it would fry it.

The reason he took it in was for a very simple problem with one of the jacks not working.

They guarantee a 24 hour service if they take your machine but that's a bunch of crap!
