This practice has awful customer service. Originally, I went in to have a simple filling done. The woman at the front desk was fairly friendly, however the dentist barely said hello to me. She didn't ask how I was doing through the procedure and did not say a word when she was done. She simply walked away and left her assistant to tend to me. In addition to the unfriendly, unproffessional behavior, my filling fell out a couple of weeks later!

Against my better judgement I made an appoint with them to have it redone. I was contacted by the office because a conflict had come up in their schedule and they needed to move me to another day. I agreed. However, on the day of my appointment I was unable to make due to working late. Instead of being understanding as I was for them the dentist refused to see me unless I paid a $60 missed appointment fee! Of course, I refused.

As I said, terrible customer service and clearly not a good practice...
