PLEASE PLEASE READ AND TAKE HEED. Do not take your car here!!! Total rip off. My wife took her car here because it was showing signs that it was getting warmer. Not overheating but the temp needle moved up a little. They told her that her radiator and thermostat housing was leaking. They said they had to replace them both for $450 dollars. We decided to trust them and let them do the work . After the repair my wife drives home turns on the AC and the car is blowing hot air and overheats. My wife calls them and tells them that the car overheated and why was the AC blowing hot air when it never did that before. She was told that the mechanic must have moved something or not reconnected something and that the thermostat must be bad and to bring the car back. They say that they can't be responsible if they received a bad thermostat but they would replace it and also check the AC. My wife drives off again. AC is working but the car overheats again. I'm talking redline overheating. We take it back and after losing another day I speak with the owner who now tells me that the heads are warped and the fan is not working and that they need to be repaired at a cost of $1300 but said he would give me a break and do them for $850. Are you kidding me I said? It's your fault that my car overheated and caused the heads to warp. He said that the heads were warped before my wife brought the car to him and that the fan was not working . I said that don't you think when you did the diagnostic you would've notice the fan not working ? He replied that they did not perform a diagnostic. I replied are you kidding me? You just charged me $450 replacing my radiator, thermostat, and thermostat housing and you didn't perform a diagnostic? His reply was . We went by what your wife said was the problem. She said that her car was overheating so we replaced those parts. WOW. I couldn't believe it. I didn't know that my wife was a mechanic and could diagnose her own car. What an idiot. The owner insisted it was our fault and they would not fix it.

PAY ATTENTION TO THIS NEXT PART.

We took the car to Firestone to get there opinion on what was wrong and how much to fix it because we are perusing a lawsuit in small claims court against this company. Firestone said that they were sorry but they could not move forward with the inspection as the car was a total mess. THERE WAS NO THERMOSTAT TO BE FOUND, things were not hooked up right, and they found parts lying in the motor. NO THERMOSTAT. I'm so mad just writing this review. I really hope this helps others avoid this business because they have no respect or an ounce of professionalism in them. They should be ashamed of themselves. I hope we win in court. We will be filing a complaint with the Attorney general and the BBB.

It seems a bit odd that there were a bunch of 5 star reviews in a short period of time, and now nothing for the past 2 years. I am suspicious. Should I be?

I went to the location on Flamingo and Pecos, from the start the guy with the mustache at the front was a douche. He was very rude! We go in to get an oil change and end up getting more. We got a tire rotation and topped off our fluids for two cars.

We drove the cars off then a couple days later we notice that the wheel shakes a lot. As I'm driving I had a passerby pull to my side and tell me my tire was wobbeling. Apperantly these idiots lost two of my screws and put the other two screws side by side! That isn't rocket science. You dont put two screws on top of eachother if you dont have the other two. You put them diagnal! I am NEVER bringing my cars back again! These guys are rude. While I was here another customer came to complain. Not happy at all. A tip for future customers, just take your car to a good place. Even if they charge you more.

I took my car into this shop for the first time. It is their new shop on Sunset Rd. I had 2 minor problems on my 21 year old car. The driver door was rattling and my emergency brake would not hold. They said that they could fix these two things. They found the problem with the door within minutes. They didn't know if the dealership would have the part to fix this or not being as the car is so old. So the mechnic to me how he could make the part I needed to fix the problem. That exactly what he did. The emergency brake was a little more than what I had planned for. I needed new brake shoes and the associated parts. They did advise me that I could drive it probably another 3 months without any damage to the brake drums. No pressure, just the facts. The owner, Kahlil, watched over his techs during the whole procedure. I would recommend this place to anyone. Thank you to all the team members of Your Auto Service.

They always make sure you know what you are paying for before they do it. They don't hold your car "hostage" if you can't get all the necessary repairs done. They will go out of their way to treat you like a person and find the best parts prices and they charge by real labor times and not "book" times. I have taken my Jalopy there 5 times now and have had 5 star service each time. The owner does his best to make sure I am happy and satisfied each and every time I visit. They offer dealer quality work without the dealer prices or hassles, and they are not afraid to help you as a person not just as a dollar sign. Thank you, Your Auto Service!

I got all my tires done here. Everyone was very professional and the prices were great. I will be coming when it's time for more!

I first took my '93 Volvo sedan to this shop after multiple expensive and frustrating attempts to fix a stall-out problem failed elsewhere. They correctly diagnosed and speedily and cheaply fixed the problem straight out of the gate. I also had a laundry list of non-urgent fixes to make (to my struts and rotors, among other things). I had estimates from other shops, but Your Auto Service came under them all. It was still expensive, but they worked with me to divide the work to keep inside my budget and minimize the labor charges. They've since made all the fixes and I've been pleased all the way around. In addition to being skilled and affordable, they're great about follow-up. If they do a major repair, they will always call and check up to see if you're happy. That means a lot to me.

We went in to get a car inspection and we were in and out in like 15 minutes. It was perfectly priced. We payed less then what we thought it was.

They are excellent in that they explain to you exactly what is wrong with your vehicle, show you the problem, and waste no time in doing the service. The technicians really know what they are talking about, and are genuinely interested in the cars that they are fixing / upgrading. They also run a very clean shop, which is confidence inspiring.
