Technaglass

This is my 3rd vehicle that I have taken here and always great service.
Timely and proffecient in their work. Prices are good.

Technaglass at Sunset is the worst for customer service. I had made an appointment and left my phone at home... I showed up a hour early to see if I could get in. Well, 3 employees sitting in the lounge watching TV, the manager comes to the counter and tells me they are booked and doesn't see my appointment. Asked if I had a confirmation and I replied "I don't know... I forgot my phone at home...", and he says he can't help me without a confirmation... He had 1 car in the bay and no one working on it... I leave and came back home... lo and behold, the confirmation is sitting in my email in-box... Geez, what a bunch of lazy sumbit..... Never will recommend that place ever... and they will probably write me up as a no show for my appointment I made and they confirmed....
