Spring Valley Highlands

The apts are roomy and all have a 2 car garage. Plus its a gated community and the rent is reasonable. But after you move in you find that they only do landscaping maintenance quarterly. And dont ask for upkeep if something goes wrong with your unit. My cieling was leaking, vinyl flooring was coming up, toilet leaked, and garbage disposal stopped. Could get none of this fixed. And no, I was never even one day late paying rent. Was really dissapointed, needless to say.
