This is the hallmark of RMCM’s practice. RMCM’s Personal Injury Torts Practice is widely recognized for both the breadth of knowledge and depth of experience of its trial lawyers. The firm strongly emphasizes civil defense litigation for insureds and self insureds. RMCM’s attorneys strive toward early evaluation of claims and a cost efficient, result-oriented plan for litigation.
Medical Malpractice
Charles joined RMCM in 2006 and has several reported opinions from the Nevada Supreme Court. The most recent opinion, Pack v. LaTourette, 128 Nev. Adv. Op. 25, 277 P.3d 1246 (2012), involved the timeliness of a claim for contribution in a medical malpractice setting, a matter of significant importance to both the Plaintiff and Defense bar. He is proud to have honed his Appellate practice under the tutelage of Rex Alan Jemison and Dan Polsenberg, both Appellate legal legends in Nevada.
