Horrible customer service he always seems to forget about appointments, that is even if he shows. He forgot a scheduled appointment on a Friday so he had to come on Saturday instead. He then tried to charge for a Saturday service after he forgot and said there would be no charge. I wasm't here when he arrived so he convinced my wife to write a check for $40. I specifically asked him about the charge and he said there wouldn't be one. I stopped payment and discontinued service becuasee of horrible custromer service.
