Napoli Pizzeria

Oh My God, these guys have the best food in town!!! I discovered this Napoli special wrap, came back the next day to have the exact same thing. I am also crazy about their Napoli special pizza. We love their pizza at home and at the office.

I only happened upon this place because they left a delivery menu on my door. Since that first time I ordered, I am ADDICTED. I have never eaten their pizza so I can't testify to that, but their Italian food is sososo yummy. I think I've tried everything on the Baked Pasta & Specials part of the menu. My fave is the baked ravioli. Sometimes I can't make up my mind and I'll get Whole Lotta Pasta which is incredible. Oh. . .and get the garlic balls! God, they are good. I order from Napoli probably once every 3 weeks for delivery to my apartment. Never had a problem with my order and the food is so good. You won't be sorry.

So where do I begin. Well first of all I order a large pizza and some wing dings at 7:23pm. At this time i was quoted a 45 min wait time. Afet about an hour and 10 mins the driver called me to tell me he had been pulled over. He stated he would be about 5 more mins. After another 15 mins I decided to call the resturant itself. When I let th person working know of the situation she said she would have to get back to me. She called me back and said they just let the driver go and he would be right here. I asked at this time if the order would be cold because that was a concern. She then stated if it was to call back and let them know. Well when I finally got the order, everything was cold. So I called back to let them know and the only thing that she could offer me was that a new order would be made and sent out. Mind you an hour and fourty mins have elasped since I first called. Well I then stated that I didn't want to pay for cold pizza that I waited for for that amount of time. She said that the driver would come back to pick up the pizza and the money would be put back on my card. but I would have to wait another 10-15 mins for the driver to get there. I then inquired as to how I would be compesated for the time I had lost, she asked me what she was suppose to do, that they had to make the food there. I feel this was a terrible display of customer service in all aspects.
