Jeffrey Liu MD, OB/GYN & Melissa Simon PA-C

I was so nervous about having a male doctor but once I saw Dr. Liu I will never change. He is so wonderful and so caring. I wouldnt trade him for anything. He takes his time and truly does what he can to help you.. Any of the questions I had both him and his staff were there to help answer them for me. When I first started seeing him he was with three other doctors and it was a very chaotic office. Now that he is by himself and has remodeled the office it is amazing. Its peaceful and the staff is very friendly. He also combined this office with his cosmetics office. His office is beautiful. I would recommend him to any of my friends because he is such an amazing doctor.

So far the reviews, in general, are fair....they do have office problems, Dr. Zak is gruff and for that reason, I changed to Dr.Pham. I have Fibromyalgia, and she is sweet and gentle. I have tried others, in fact I had another OB/GYN for years but he retired. I drive across town to see Dr. Pham, but I don't mind. The office? They tend to ruin a good thing. What you see is what you get in this town. Thank God I am not in the child-bearing stage.

Too many patients = poor customer care. I two seperate occasions where I needed to see the doctor late in my pregnancy, both times, as well as others that were much less significant, they told me they couldn't fit me in and to go to the ER. One occasion, not as significant and personal as the other issues, I had a severe UTI, they told me to go to quest testing location closest and to give a urine sample, and maybe in 4 days they could help me! Although I was in pain. I would not recommend this center to any other woman who is looking for a more "personal" experience with the person who will be delivering their child, and I especially would not recommend this office to anyone who is having a child for the first time. There will be far too many symptoms and feelings that they offer little support. Enough was enough at 30 weeks, I had to switch doctors.
