Green Valley Security, Inc.

I have been using Green Valley Security for many years on all of my properties in Las Vegas. They have always been very attentive and responsive to my needs and I am not easy to work with. Their guards are very professional and their customer service has always been stellar. With having so many customers, it's easy to get a few bad reviews from upset people, not everyone can be pleased. But I wanted to throw in my 2 cents to let everyone know, this is a fantastic family owned company that is the best in the security business.

Not professional, not experienced and flat out rude people. The man who answered their phone was rude. He became very agitated when I asked him about he service we have in our community. Re train you staff and maybe you will keep sites. You're Fired

Green Valley Security Mike Atkins a good man with integrity has treated Clients / Security Guards with the up most respect ... ( 24 hour Command Post ) ... with abundance of hard working individual answering the phones to responding to alarm services within minutes to answering Security Guards concern ... Calling Command Post for concerns at my post ... back up arriving within minutes of assessing the situation ... faster than Metro ...

I have never seen a bigger bunch of idiots and want to be thugs in my life. Do not try to find someone at this company to talk to at night when there guards screw up. The female only answers she can not find her manager

Worst customer service comes from bad guards or thugs who hire on as guards and try to man handle or threaten people who are highly trained. This is never going to work. Do not use a company like this who hires bad people. Not safe for public.

Terrible guards and dispatch center. I'm a manager of a new business on a property who's landlord uses them on Flamingo Road. There are numerous homeless individuals and bums who frequent the property. Tonight my assistant manager calls me at home looking for the phone number to dispatch because they never saw a guard on duty all night. I give her the number and ask what's going on. She says there are a number of homeless people sleeping outside the front door. She calls the dispatch center and they tell her "call metro because we don't have time for that tonight". Really? Really?

Next time I see one of their cars pull into my parking lot, I'm going to chase them off the property just like I do the homeless.

I won't be paying my landlord for their services any longer.

Terrible guards and terrible managers. I caught their guard stealing from our complex. I called the manager and they said they would look into it. Long story short they never called me back or "looked into it". We fired them.

If you want your stuff stolen call Green Valley- Absolute joke.

Always professional, use them throughout the year.

As an exemployee I would have to say that greenvalley security is a great place to work for and have seen first hand how hard they train there employees. If anyone would have something negitive to say it would be me and I don't and still recomend people to hire this componey
