If you have prior injuries, find a larger firm with more experience. If your a first time personal injury client you should be fine with Eric. But warning, if he doesn’t believe you have a case he will not go the extra mile to fight for you. You get placed on the back burner and years can go by.

I would strongly recommend the Eric Roy law firm to anyone seeking a great lawyer. First off, I'm not the type that writes reviews, I'm a very busy person and don't have time or the urge to do so but had to take time after dealing with this firm. I recently had a case where I consulted several law firms before choosing Eric Roy. Many firms I simply did not feel the legal counsel was competent or that they would put my case to the side and the case wouldn't be handled in a timely manner. There were even firms that were asking for money down or a retainer which I couldn't believe. I understood my case wasn't a clear cut win but knew after doing research that I was in the right, even with the other insurance company flat out denying any claim or their party of wrong doing. A friend referred me to Eric and after a personal meeting with him and his staff, I went with him. Within the first week my skepticism of lawyers and thoughts of this case being delayed and taking forever were laid to rest. Eric and his staff were very professional and called me several times to let me know the status of the case and what as happening. Within a few weeks the case was done and I received a settlement. I couldn't believe how quick and easy this was especially after thinking of previous prior dealings in the past with lawyers and insurance companies. It took half the time and I received a good amount more than almost exact cases I had researched on the internet.
