My had an appointment in the afternoon, when she got there, she Waited 2 hours ! Even though she had an appointment, two ladys come without an appointment and got to see the doctor. Like I said my mom and I waited 2 HOURS ! And we had an appointment. When the doctor got to see my mom it didn't even take 5 minutes. Not to even say the parking lot it's so little! We had to park few blocks down, and front desk was beyond rude! Never coming back!!!

Their internet was down. Okay no big deal I guess. Unfortunate things happen. Next.. they tried to charge me a $50 copay. I reluctantly pulled out my debit card. I've NEVER paid over a $30 copay. She said the internet was down and that they only take cash right now which I didn't have. I told her I dont have cash and I've never paid $50 for a copay so what exactly is the copay for if I'm just doing a physical. She said "oh just a physical? Let me change it". My copay ended up being $0 in the end. Honestly I'm naive and shy so I would have paid that money no questions if the card machine was working. What kind of garbage is that?! How many other people have they done that to that actually paid?! On top of a 2 1/2 hour wait WITH an appointment and an INSANELY RUSHED VISIT. Had to stop the guy to make him tell me my blood pressure before he ran out of the room. I'm patient, but when it comes to my health don't rush your patients. Forget this place. Period. Not even going back to get my results.

Horrible experience! I didn't mind having to park a block away to get to the office because they lacked parking space. I didn't mind waiting an hour to see the doctor , but when an hour and a half went by and I still hadn't see the doctor I got a little concerned. When I hit the two hour mark and still no sign of the doctor. It was time to leave ( sorry doc we have to work too). As I was walking out I saw the doctor and told him hey I've been here for 2 hours and he was indifferent. So at that point what can you do but leave. The sad part about the whole experience is that it cost me $20 of my copay and all I got was 2 hours of waiting and a doctor that couldn't careless. I would give you NO STARS but am forced to give you at least 1! Sorry you don't take peoples money, time and expect to be praised.

I think Dr. Machuca is awesome. He does listens to me and you can see he genuinely cares about his patients. The staff is very nice. The doctor's aid is so nice too. He, also cares about the doctors patients and is very professional. I would recommend Dr. Machuca to anyone. I had to change doctors and I am so glad I did. Thank you. Joy Woods

I love this dr although parking is a hassle.... The dr listens to everything and ttries to help u out as much as possible.. Althought the front desk receptionist is very rude and unpolite... All i wanted to do was sign in but she made me wait in line for the lady infront of me can spread her papers and prganize them.. Other than that once inside everything is delightful and clean
