        Founded in 2001 by UNLV graduates Shawn Danoski and Bryce Clutts, DC Building Group LLC is a full-service general contracting firm. Based in Las Vegas, our company delivers complete construction solutions to its clients. We offer preconstruction, project management, program management, construction management at risk, and tenant improvement. Some of our active projects include the Mission Pines Nursing & Rehabilitation Center renovation, the multi-million dollar Miracle Mile Shops Site & Façade redevelopment; (2) retail projects for Marshall Retail Group at Miracle Mile Shops and The Stratosphere; a 6-acre retail site development; a 20,000 SF Goodwill; a ground-up Cracker Barrel in North Las Vegas; a flagship Maggiano’s Little Italy at Downtown Summerlin; a 20,000 SF multi-story church; Smashburger at Harrah’s Laughlin; and Wicked Slice Pizza at Fashion Show Mall. We most recently completed the 22,000 SF Rainbow & Santoli Commercial Center; Berger & Son Fine Jewelry at Fashion Show Mall; (7) retail projects for Marshall Retail Group in (3) airports across the country; the flagship Guy Fieri’s El Burro Borracho at The Rio; Uber’s Las Vegas Partner Center; the flagship Buffalo Wild Wings at Miracle Mile; and the flagship Starbucks at Grand Bazaar.
