I have had several patients treat with Dr. Libby and Matt Lyons, P.T. Each patient felt like Dr. Libby took his time and actually talked to them to figure out their problem. Therapy with Matt gave them excellent results for what I felt were difficult and stubborn problems. Please up the caring and good work.
I was recently in a car accident and I didnt really know what to do or how things worked. I had a lot of pain in my neck back and shoulder. I was sent to Continuum by my attorney and I must say I was very pleased.When I called to make an appointment they got me right in and worked with my schedule.I didn't feel like going in for my appointments was taking time away from my busy work and home life because they were so flexible. Everyone there was super friendly and got me feeling a lot better fast. They made it easy to get back on my feet. Thank you Continuum for being so kind and treating me like a person not a number.
I was a patient at Continuum Advanced Healthcare for low back pain after a car accident. Both Dr. Libby and the physical therapist, John Lyons, provided great care and were very attentive to my needs. Everyone in the office is very kind and professional. They helped get rid of my back pain and now I am able to play tennis without pain. I would recommend this office to anyone in pain or that had a surgery.
Everyone took great care of me and I actually got to spend time with the doctor and therapist to learn about my back problems.
The medical billing practices at John Lyons Physical Therapy (Continuum Advanced Health Care) are unconscionable. In my opinion, the office and its staff, with their uncaring demeanor, dishonest attitudes and disdain for patients, represents a sad illustration of everything that can go wrong with modern medicine and proper insurance billing. Luckily, we do have many caring and competent physical therapy practices in Las Vegas, however, the John Lyons office cannot be included in this group. My advice is to avoid them.
In response to Janis123's comments: Continuum Advanced Healthcare is a multi-specialty healthcare company providing medical services to patients with many different conditions and numerous health insurances. The specific circumstances illustrated in Janis123's case involves a clerical error by a patient's health insurance provider. Often times large health insurance companies provide inaccurate information to healthcare providers and their office staff regarding patient benefits. Our office staff must collect co-payments and co-insurance based on the information provided by health insurance companies. When a miscommunication is determined regarding patient benefits, the office staff works quickly to resolve this problem and refund a patient when necessary. In this instance an error occurred regarding patient benefits, and the patient was refunded for overpayment. The health insurance company made a clerical error when listing Continuum Advanced Healthcare as a network provider. This issue was quickly resolved by all parties when the error was identified. The office staff of Continuum Advanced Healthcare worked quickly and professionally to completely resolve this problem. Unfortunately patients are often frustrated and found in the middle of these issues; however, the professional office staff at Continuum Advanced Healthcare works diligently to avoid these problems and address them when necessary.
