This place sucks. I stayed here for 4 months. The electric bills were approx. $125 per mo and the walls were incredibly thin. These are very small apts (approx. 325 sq ft) and they rented the apt next to me to 2 old drunks who played their tv ALL NIGHT LONG. When I complained to the manager he said he couldn't ask people to be monks. When I left, these shisters kept a big chunk of my security deposit supposedly because they had to shampoo the carpet. POPPYCOCK! A small amount of vacuuming would have sufficed. This place is in the crummiest neighborhood in las vegas and the landlords are hard up for money so they take security deposits to make up for lack of tenants.
