Artistic Orthodontics

EVERY TIME I COME IN THIS PLACE I HAVE AN APPOINTMENT, every time. Yet when I come in here I am ALWAYS sitting here for at least 45 minutes AFTER my appointment time. That not including the wait before the appointment because I get everywhere I go early. I ask how much longer and she HASNT EVEN GRABBED MY CHART. It's now 30 minutes after my appointment time and she hasn't even found my chart on the shelf yet. Absolutely ridiculous. People have lives and work, get your sh** together!

Don't Do this to yourself or Kids this place is aweful





Ok if I could give this place no stars I would.. firstly I took my daughter in here for a consultation .. she left with braces.. I was angled into it .. and was told after that that them putting braces on was common during a consult.. *not where I'm from .. could you imagine having like a surgery during a consultation braces are a big dessication I would never have taken her here had I known a consult wasn't a consult it was a actual appt for braces ? ** .. next time I took her in to be seen they refused to do anything.. now a bracket fell off and they told they weren't fixing it .. because she needed to have 4 teeth pulled yes 4! and they just got around to mentioning this to me.. and that is not even the worst of it .. my poor daughter her top wire came loose and was poking her and yes I called her orthodontist.. they refused to fix it they offered to cut the wire .. as of now I have switched orthodontists unfortunately I am stuck with this company due to the fact we were pushed into a contract *they put braces on my daughter before I could say yes or no.. so I'm hoping the new office is better .. Mom's and Dads don't so this to your kids !! these offices are over crowded your kid will see at least 5 different people before the orthodontist.. very impersonal my daughter hates it. Our kids disseve the best care and like these guys are out to make money only... my daughter left the office feeling upset and like man handled and my insurance company spent big bucks as well as our monthly fees .. if this next office doesnt work out I'm takeing her to a totaly new smaller orthodontist up the street from my house ..

I've gone for different consultations and I can honestly say that Artistic Orthodontics were the most thorough and least expensive. Their staff were wonderful and made me feel very comfortable. I started 1 of my kids there and now all 3 of them has braces. They were very friendly and down to earth.
