I was supposed to get a phone call for my service today. There was apparently a mix-up for the service, I didn't get a phone call for almost the whole day. So.. I called Alterra and spoke to Rebecca, a customer service representative, who fixed my problem. She was an absolutely professional and pleasant person to speak to. Although it was not her fault, the first thing after listening to my story was to apologize! Then she corrected the problem by making a few phone calls to the technicians. I had a pleasure of having Keve R. as the technician who came to rescue us from the bugs. He was supposedly done for the day but when asked, he was happy to come by my house. He was very friendly, professional, and thorough with treatment. Thank you both for making it happen. I was impressed you fixed your mistake and my problem with your awesome teamwork, professionalism, and integrity with your service. Here I am being a happy costumer again of Alterra. I was really pleased with how friendly, professional and fast Keve R was today when he came back to my house to spray the inside of my house and garage. As well as redoing the outside of my house.
