they installed a icemaker for us. afterwards it did not work as ice froze up in solid block. I called and they said "no problem" and came back out and fixed it.
I will call them again if I ever need appliance repair.

We are absolutely happy with their service. Saul did a great job. He was flexible (i 'missed'our first appointment and we rescheduled a new one for the next day without any problem.), precise and quick. What a plumber would have done in 2 hours he did it in half an hour and for the THIRD of the PRICE. I dont think i will ever call anyone else if i need repair! Im glad i found this company.

Just got off the phone with Saul. I do my own repair work but I was in need of some advice. Saul went out of his way to assist me an put me on the right track. If that's not "Great Customer Service" then I don't know what is.
