Mr. Selin has authored numerous family law articles and has lectured to family law attorneys and judges (on family law related matters) dozens of times. He has also been a guest adjunct professor at Western Michigan University Law School (formerly the Thomas M Cooley Law school) on family law related issues and currently sits on the Institute of Continuing Legal Education (ICLE) Family Law Advisory Board.

Thomas L. Lapka is a partner in the law firm. His practice area primarily involves affordable housing, real estate development, corporate and business law, zoning and land use law, and commercial and residential landlord/tenant matters.

Landlord-Tenant Disputes

Keldon K. Scott practices in the areas of domestic relations, appellate advocacy, domestic personal injury, and legal malpractice (domestic cases). Mr. Scott is a past Chairperson of the Michigan State Bar Family Law Section and the Ingham County Bar Association Family Law Section. He has also been a member of the American Bar Association Family Law Section and its Family Law Torts Section. He has been very active in each of these sections, and has served on several committees. He has served the Michigan Supreme Court as a member of their Family Law Court committee and he has testified numerous times before the legislature on family law bills.
Ms. Larson is a member of the State Bar of Michigan and Ingham County Bar Association. Ms. Larson also serves as a board member of the Lansing Educational Advancement Foundation which offers scholarships and grants to Lansing School District students and teachers. Ms. Larson’s areas of practice include family law, estate planning, and general civil matters. Ms. Larson regularly handles high conflict custody matters.
