Preferred Automotive Service & Collision Specialists

I have had less than exceptional service every time. Most recently, my car was sitting in their lot for 4 WEEKS and still I had to call to find out what was wrong with it. In those 4 weeks I called at least 3 times to get an answer. Each time, I was told that they would check with their mechanic and call me back. Still never got called back. I finally had enough, and asked them to hand me back the car. Will never use them again, which is frustrating for me because their location is very convenient for me.
