        Overall

        These guys wasted a week of my time, and now I'll have to wait another week to buy my parts elsewhere. First I was told that a part I needed would take a week to ship, then when I called them the next week I was told the order was never placed, the day after that I was told the order was placed but they couldn't get the part and they forgot to tell me about it. If I had known it would be this difficult I would have bought the part online a week ago and my vehicle would be fixed by now. Nice staff but they seriously dropped the ball and screwed me here.
