The owner is very rude, he does not like to be told he "MIGHT" be wrong. He went off and yelled at me because I told him I believe it was the new program I installed causing the problem. What is wrong with saying that? We it seems everything because I was called everything in the book. He also tried to give me a bill for $400 dollars when I could get a new machine, twice as good for $350. What is this guy smoking? Oh and speaking of smoking my computer came back smelling like smoke. I have talked to others and they say the same thing. This guy smokes around the computers he repairs. HIS PRICES ARE OUTRAGEOUS, HE IS SUPER RUDE, HOW HE IS STILL IN BUSINESS I DO NOT KNOW.
This is the worst experience I have ever had. Prices have increased, services have decreased, and the owner has perhaps the worst napoleonic complex I've ever seen. If you have the audacity to ask questions about what he has done, he will throw you out of his office. Personally, I was afraid he was going to assault me, and I would not have wanted to had to defend myself, as that would likely have offended him all the more. The moral of this story, go to the computer doctor if you enjoy abuse, poor computer service, and someone whose vocabulary doesn't go past four letter words.
