Attic Vault HVAC Controlled Storage

My personal experience at Attic vault has been terrible . They will steal your security deposit and owner/manager will scream at you and treat you with complete disrespect. If you would like to be treated low and disrespected give Attic Vault a shot.

There is a stipulation in a contract where it is says you have to give them 10 day notice. Be careful if you start moving out prior to your 10 days notice passing because you want to be out before 10 days are due depending on your personal reasons scheduling/truck/family etc the management will take away your security deposit. It should not matter from the point of a storage room whether you have you things in or it is empty if you are still renting it out. Please note they will take away your security deposit even if you are fully paid and do not own any money. Upon finding out that out I could have simply gone back put my things back in storage and move out after 10 days are due. At that point of reason the owner/manager started to uncontrollably scream at me. Her reasoning for screaming was that she had a bad week. Well than… It seems I am not the only to be treated that way and have the security deposit taken away. There is no justifiable reason to be treated that way no matter who you are.
