DO NOT RENT FROM FLI PROPERTIES
A plumber was sent out to the property and was told that the owner was refusing to fix the hot water heater. (And the rent has been raised by $80...) We were then told by FLI that he changed his mind and was going to have it replaced but that "there were people home and refused to open the door" I'm a stay at home mother. We also have 3 cars so either no one was home, or that whole story is bull because no one ever came back over. We also NEVER received a phone call. Then today, the story has changed to 3 times we refused to let anyone in. It's just a way to charge us over $900.
Ontop of all of this, they are now claiming that we stole an oven although I have pictures proving that there was no oven upon move-in. I have also sent in proof of the oven that I had purchased. No response. Supposedly the actual owner has reciets and claims that he had an oven installed. He never did and we have never had any contact with this man at all. He was asked to give us a call and has not. My thoughts are that he purchased one for himself and most likely gets to pocket my deposit.
FLI is claiming that we owe them right at $2,000 when we deep cleaned that house, had to fix things ourselves with our own money, and were forced to purchase our own appliances.

Currently leasing a house here and so far many problems unresolved , I will get back results of the issues with them
