One Nineteen West Main

This restaurant is a breath of fresh air! Situated across from beautiful court house square and facing our famous Main St RR Track! Charm out the 'wazoo'!

BUT, the important parts are: the food, atmosphere, service and price! While LaGrange has several Mom and Pop restaurants that are truly good...I believe One Nineteen W Main to be a notch above them all. The restaurant is quaint, a bit old fashioned and clean as can be! The staff is attentive, friendly and professional. They know their menu! If you have a special request, the chef makes every effort to accommodate you. The prices are very reasonable and the portions generous. Their menu is diverse. I have been there several times and everything that I have ordered was excellent. Fresh, hot or cold as desired. Good coffee for me is a test of a restaurant--their coffee is superb! Another perk is that it isn't a 'box' restaurant. It has a real chef...that prepares the food. Nothing cookie cutter here! Just the way I like it!

Fun, family friendly place with a huge, creative menu. The staff is very attentive, the desserts are all scratch-made and to die for (creme brulees, bourbon-soaked-cherry bread pudding, and flaming bourbon s'mores......not the plain ole chocolate cake and blondie selection like most chains have). The atmosphere is bright, airy, and fun. OH, and everything on the menu is under 15 dollars, despite being made by a real 4-star European chef!
